Every year for the past decade the Stannard Camp has participated in the Essex Vermont Memorial Day Parade.
18 May 2025 dedication of an historic GAR Highway marker on VT Rte. 15, Cambridge. Event was attended by members of VT government, by SUVCW officers of the Dept. of VT, and by SUVCW National CinC Kevin Martin.
General Stannard is honored annually on his birthday 20 October at his gravesite in Lakeview Cemetery, Burlington.
